I’ll be posting lecture notes and specific links for the lectures here as we go along. These will come in different shapes and sizes. The lectures are password protected. I’ll tell you the password in the first lecture (please wait til then .. there’s not much in the notes for the first lecture that you need to know in advance).

I will try to make the lectures notes available within 48 hours after the lecture. This means that it is more than likely they won’t be there before the week’s classes.
